Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipments occur on standard business days only, excluding some holidays.

*At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the US territories for orders placed through The Way Between website. All products can be found at major book retailers worldwide and online. We do, however, offer a digital version upon request and approval for those living outside of the US territory to download and use for personal use (only). Digital versions will be sent immediately upon request and approval, and have a 24-hour download window. All of the fees listed above are contingent on regular business hours. On a typical week, we ship on Tuesday and Thursday. During peak times more frequently. There will be a delay in shipping if there are major US holidays.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation via email and tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The Way Between, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Way Between, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier, and notify The Way Between.
International Shipping Policy
We do not offering shipping outside of the US territories, at this time. All products can be found at major book retailers worldwide, and online.
Returns Policy
Returns can be sent back to The Way Between at the address below. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return. The product needs to be received undamaged, and a return of funds will be applied within 2 weeks after the product is received.
